Return new Car

I bought a new car on sat 1/26. I was told the car was fully loaded with front, side curtain airbags, & ABS. Came home re read the specs. and It didn't have ABS as well as the side curtain airbags. Do I have the right to return or can they give me the car that they specified.

You SHOULD have the right to return it, however, I have a sneaking suspicion that the car dealer will deny you were told this information. Call and talk to the owner, and if you get nowhere, call an attorney.
