Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Co-Signed

As a co-signer, I realize I'm responsible if he doesnt pay but my question is....do I have any other responsibilities, such as if he were in an accident? Thank you

I assume you are referring to a loan on a vehicle. You should not be responsible for accidents if you do not own the vehicle and are only on the loan.
