A currency exchange that I use to work for collected $2500 from me for a bad check that I cashed. I want to know if I can get the money back?

Your right to claim the money from the currency exchange depends on your

contract or agreement with the exchange. Often, such exchanges have terms

that make you liable for bad checks. The maker of the check is the one

ultimately responsible to you if you were the payee of the check.
