Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

i went to a dealers with the intent of purchasing a car even though i have apoor credit. i was given finiance on the vechicle and signed acontract. After reviewing the contract a couple of days later i decided i cant afford the car. the down payment i partially paid but the car is still with the dealer. i call the to cancel the purchase , they telling me that the bank process had already gone through and that there is no turning back i have to come get the car or it will be repo and that my wages will be garnished and the report will be on my credit. Do you think i should go ahead and get the car or leave it at the dealer?

Once you signed the contract, you agreed to abide by its terms. Unless the contract allows, you do not get to just change your mind without ramifications.
