The judgment creditor can place a lien on your house. That does not mean that they will take the steps to force a sale. That all depends on how much equity you have in your home, what type of ownership is listed on the deed between you and your husband and if the creditor is willing ot pay the extra money to take it to a judicial sale.

My advise is to meet with an attorney to review your options, this way if the creditor does start the judicial sale process you know what you can do to stop it.
