non payment of services

A customer pays c.o.d. for the first job with a credit card. Does not pay for second or third job.Second job is 90 days past due . Third job is 60 days past due.

Can we submit these past due bills to her credit card that we have on file?

Not a good idea if they did not authorize the charges.
