Do you have to pay medical bills for a girl you got pregnant and are not with?

Yes , and child support too, but only if you 1) admit to paternity or 2) are found to be the father in an administrative or judicial proceeding or 3) if you sign the admissiuons papers at the hospital and agree to pay for them
