small claims court

I have settled out of court and payment was received by company day before court hearing. What happens if I don't show up for court?

I wouldn't recommend not showing up, I would show up to make sure they dismiss the complaint. Most likely they would if they have acknowledged receipt of the payment, but just to be safe, you want to make sure.
