Visa Credit card debt from 2007 when I lived in Indiana. Moved to Illinois in same year. Collection lawyer now pursuing me. Indiana DOLA statute of limitations is 6 years, Illinois is 5. Lawyer's office in Illinois. Can I go by Illinois law or do I have to revert back to Indiana?
