Re: murder of five people

My partner and I are former Illinois State's Attorneys and would be happy to take a look at your brother's case. Based upon your short facts he may have some defenses. Please feel free to contact my office. There are exceptions to both accountability and felony murder situations. We would be happy to speak with you.

You brother need to have a confidential conversation with a lawyer concerning the facts or the case and the state's evidence.

I would be very interested to know what county your brother is being prosecuted in. It is possible that your brother has a defense to the crime he is charged with, and he must consult with the best criminal defense attorney he can afford as soon as possible. If he can not afford a private attorney, then he will have to rely upon the services of a public defender. You may call me for a free telphone consultation, or have your brother call me.

It depends on the other evidence that they have on your brother. IT will help that the co-defendants are not credible people, but we need to find out what evidence do they have on your brother that impicates him. You can contact me at www.sananlaw.com

Re: murder of five people

If your brother was outside during the murders he is being charged by accountability. There is ample case law that states if your brother had no knowledge, he could be found not guilty. The fact that the other accused told 3 different stories, helps if he testifies against your brother. Please call. I've ben a criminal defense lawyer for 30 years.
