perjury

we are going thru child custody battle and my husband lied under oath about having mental disorders ocd which caused violence and using paxil. he claimed he never used he drug. I have bottles of paxil from his usage and a pharmacy print out of the meds he is taking. my child was takin away temp because i dealt with this using drugs which i admitted but he lied and his attornty warned him several times that he was under oath when answering the question about his mental hlth. what steps do i do to prove his lies he works as a engineer for passenger rr and takes physicals. he doesnt tell his employer about his medications when asked about what medication does he take.he see 2 differ doctors family doctor he uses his employee insurance and mental hlth doctor he pays cash visits. so the courts were not able to subpeona his medical records from the mental hlth doctor who told me he is the worst patient he ever had.
