You need an EXPERIENCED criminal defense lawyer to defend you. You can't do this on your own. You are facing a conviction, and loss of your license for at least one, maybe two, years, not to mention jail time. Don't go to inexpensive lawyers. They will only plead you guilty. They won't even take the time to look at the police reports. You have to think long term, now. A 3rd arrest for DUI in your future will be charged as a felony. I've been a criminal defense lawyer for 28 years, and I've successfully defended hundreds of DUI cases. Please call for an appointment.

You need to seek legal counsel as soon as possible. A conviction for DUI will result in license revocation. Seek help immediately.
