class x felony

I might be charged with a class x felony for drugs, is there anyway to get probation or anything??

Class X felonies are non � probationable. You would have to get the charge reduced to a probationable offense, and you must be eligible for probation.

Only if you plead it down to a charge where the court can give you probation.

It is impossivble to answer your question without a lot of additional information. Generally speaking it is possible to negotiate a plea bargain where a defendant winds up on probation. My advice to you would be to consult with an attorney as soon as possible. Do not wait until you are arrested and charged. Good luck.
