dui/reckless homicide

i was charged with reckless homicide in 1995 got five years probation screwed up probation in 1999 by getting another dui there for being charged with 1995 reckless homicide agin and dui did some prison time got out in 2002 2003 got another dui and driving on revoke.what are my chances at getting a restricted driving permit at least for work and emergency s.
