what is the step by step procedure when going to an arrangment for court, when charged for possesion of 1 beer by a minor of age 17 ( given that you plea guilty too)

You do not want to plead guilty to this offense unless you have a plea bargain set up with the state's attorney (prosecutor) to avoid a conviction being entered upon your record. It would be very wise of you to hire an attorney to help make sure that you avoid a conviction. Even if this seems like no big deal to you, a conviction can and will have some negative consequences on your future. Many prosecutors and judges will agree to give a minor first time offender a second chance, but once you have a conviction, that will change. Good luck.
