miranda rights

i was recently arrested for a dui following a car accident / taken to jail but was released on bond during this time i was not read my rights will this help to get charges dropped or reduced

No, because Miranda merely informs you that you have a right to remain silent (you said nothing about giving the police a confession), and that you have a right to a lawyer (which I'm sure you'll avail yourself of). So your rights have not been violated. That only happens on tv.

Miranda prevents confessions and fruits thereof from being used if you were not made aware of certain rights. Bodily fluids and information you gave to the officer through body actions (acting drunk) don't fall within Miranda.
