wreckless dui

my friend was involved in an accident a few months ago where he hit a pedestrian. he blew .03 but then yesterday was asked to go to the station and was told that his bac was .09. he was charged with wreckless dui. he got a dui when he was 20 and i am wondering what kind of sentence he is looking at here.

If there is a serious bodily injury, it is a felony. He could go to jail for 14 years.

He needs a lawyer.
