child support

my girl says she have nothing to do with the recent child support order she says it was public aid and not her and she is not recieve payment is this true or false i beleive she wants extra money so she want have to spend money on the kids please help me with some true legal advice

Shoot me an email or call us to discuss your specifics. However, it does often happen like your girlfriend is saying. What happens is that someone who applies for public aid who is also entitled to child support must sign over his/her rights to child support collection to public aid. And then she can't do much about it once she's signed over those rights.

If in fact she is receiving cash assistance then yes the state is pushing the buttons. In all other scenarios she has had to make therequest for support to be set, she can withdraw that request when ver she wants
