child support - taxes

my ex hasnt paid his taxes since 1997. well a couple of years ago i was askin are tax person. if there was a way for me to claim my child that he hasnt been claiming. she gave me the form and i give it to him and he signed it now he wants to take me back to court saying that he should be credited that to his unpaid child support. so i dont know whats gonna happen....

I would recommend contacting an attorney, or even the local Attorney General or State's Attorney's office (they will work on your child support case regardless of whether you are receiving public aid). I don't think a judge is going to grant it, but certainly you want to make sure to respond to the motion.
