College money
I am 17 years old and have been
putting money into an account for
college since I was young. There was
$10000 in it last I checked. When my
parents divorced my dad was left in
charge of it. He told me he spent it all.
Can my mom sue him?

Part of the answer depends on how the account was set up. You are actually somewhat fortunate that this came up in a divorce hearing because divorce courts have more power to deal with these problems than other courts do. I recommend speaking with an attorney about your options, either personally or through you mother, to get this money back.
