Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If I get a court order allowing me to carry my 2 kids every other year, but the mother and I agree to carry one kid every year and get it put in writing and have it notarized, will it stand up in court or in an audit, if she tries to carry both kids?

No, you need a court order. A notary is someone who has $30 and the 10 minutes to fill out a notary application. You need a judge.
