Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am the custodial parent and my ex - husband is supposed to have our child for the weekend, but it's Mother's Day. He wants to keep his sleepover and not miss out and won't bring our Daughter home until 10am on Sunday when the papers don't state a time. Shouldn't she be home the night prior since it's my day?

Not necessarily. The judgment does not say Mother's Day is a sleep over probably, but just that you are to have the child on Mother's Day, which you will. If you had wanted more, you should have put that in the order.
