If you have an attorney representing you, the attorney will know what discovery needs to be done. If you are trying to handle this legal proceeding without an attorney, then you should under the law be held to the same standards and rules as an attorney would be if handling your dissolution for you. Each case is in at least some respects unique, and although some jurisdictions have form Interrogatoires and so forth, an attorney could adivse you whether the forms are to be used , and whether they would be sufficient. If you do not hae an attorney, I would advise you to hire one.
