My ex is trying to leave with my kid out of state

What can i do to stop my ex from leaving with my kid out of state?

Hello. I assume that you and your ex

were legally divorced. If this is the

case, you should get into court immediately and ask the judge to order

your ex to remain in the state, until

there has been a formal hearing before the court. If there have been no formal court proceedings, now is the time to file a divorce petition or

a parentage petition, if you and your

ex were never married. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more
