How long do i have to wait to file for divorce after we filed for bankruptcy?

Too many unanswered questions. What type of bankruptcy - 7, 11 or 13, Is it done yet. Has a discharge order been entered. The bankruptcy does not stop your right to seek a divorce, custody, support etc.
