Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
I am married but have been separated for a little over 2 years. I have a boyfriend and he got me pregnant before I was able to get a divorce. Whos name has to be on the birth certificate?

I respectfully disagree. The legal presumption is that your husband is the father. He has to sign a waiver for the dad to be on the certificate, assuming that Dad will sign a voluntary acknowledgement of paternity/
