i have been married 9 years and together 11 with my husband hes been talking to another woman on line and they call each other now he wants divorce what am i intitled to i live in illinois.

one son he adopted hes almost 16 husband works im a stay at home mom husband makes about 125,000 a year

He must pay child support for his son, possibly have to pay maintenance for a period of time, abd you are entitled to an equitable portion of the marital property.
