Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My sister is going through a divore in Chicago, she lives in an apartment, he still lives in the house they own , He has since moved his girlfriend and kids into the house. Can my sister evict her or have her charged with trespassing, as my sister did not consent to this arangement ?

Your sister needs to address this with her divorce attorney and you need to stay out of grown folks business. Her husband has as much right to invite someone into the house and your sister has to keep them out. On the other hand, he is living in the house and has control of t he premise.
