my ex has sole custody of my kids and shes moving to a different state,how can i get custody of one of my kids or both if they choose to stay

She can not move without a court order. Kids don't get to choose, unless they are close to 18 and the court wants to listen. If she is telling you she is leaving, you can go to court, with notice, and stop the kids from leaving, if you choose..
