Is an uncontested divorce obtained in FL valid in IL? Do I need to have a lawyer if his forms were filled out and notarized in FL and mine were filled out and notarized in IL?

A valid FL judgment is good in IL, That fact you signed and had papers notarized in IL may not be relevant. IF FL had proper jurisdiction to enter the judgment, then IL will recognize it.
