What is the law for summer visitation in Illinois

Re: visitation

There is no law per se regarding summer visitation in Illinois. One has to refer to the Judgement of Divorce. If visitation is allowed, but there is no set schedule for visitation and the parties cannot agree, then the interested party can go back to court and request a visitation schedule. The court will probably ask the parties to attend mediation session to resolve the issue.
