will i get divorced?
my husband and i are supposed to get divorced on wednesday june 28th and now after he has signed the papers he my husband says he doesnt want this divorcee....i initiated this divorce....will the divorce still stand or can he stop it?

Hello. Under Illinois law,
your husband can delay the
divorce by refusing to
sign what I assume is a
proposed marital settlement
agreement, however ultimately
the court will grant your
divorce based upon its findings at a trial, if an
agreement cannot be worked
out. Hopefully, you can
work out an agreement.
