Agency Confidentiality Breached

State agency states it provides confidential assistance. State agency employee takes a request for assistance and posts the request on the internet,most likely through incompetence. How serious is this act? What are the rights of the assistancve requestor? What should they do?

have been violated. This should

be reported and a claim for damages

may be filed with the Illinois Court

of Claims. Bring this to the attention of the State immediately.
