after death debt

my partner is beneficiry on my retiremnet fun, and my neice is on life insurance. in the event of my death are they liable for my credit card debts

Hello. No, neither one will be liable for your

credit card debts. You should have a will and

if you own a home, you should put it into a land

No, the fact that these people are named as beneficiaries does not make them liable for any of your debt in the event of your death. However, if any creditor sues you and obtains a Judgment against you, then the creditor might be able to collect by way of lien, or garnishment under certain circumstances.
