Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I was bitten by bed bugs at a Casino Hotel. Their claims department is calling and I did not give a recorded statement yet. What should I be asking them and what should I expect they should be doing to resolve the situation?

Under no circumstances should you give a recorded statement. Their claims people are trained and will manage to twist the questions and answers in such a way as to absolve them of liability. You need to submit to them any medical expenses and lost wages, if any and a dollar value for how this ruined your stay.
