My rental car keys were lost by the valet...I missed my 88 yr old aunt receiving her ged, missed 1 day of vacation, humiliated when front desk clerk called security, headache for 2 days...do I have a case?

Maybe. You need to elaborate on why security was called and whether you meant headdache literally or figuratively.

A very small case, likely not worth pursuing. If you write a complaint letter to the owner of the company, perhaps they will offer you a gift certificate or something to compensate you for your troubles, since it was entirely their fault. To pursue a lawsuit and prove your damages would be too expensive and time-consuming.
