Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I enter an establishment I only go to 3-4 times a yr. Recently I went there to meet someone and the owener walked up to me asked my name and told me to leave. Apparently an ex of mine accused me of doing some things in conversations with her in the past and therefore I was asked to leave. I was comletely humiliated I had just walked in met my friend from high school I had not seen in years and several other people I was meeting for the first time. My question is do I have any legal rights in this matter pertaining to slander or something similiar
