Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

My name is Mercedes Dimas my car was crashed while parked on June 2009 it was a 2003 Nissan, Altima. I had bought my car on March 2009 from a dealership and financed it. My insurance told me that my car was a total loss. The other party insurance never provide me with any rental or transportation at all. My insurance paid what my car was worth and I end up loosing 1,900 on the remainder that I had to pay to the finance company + payment during this whole process. Plus driving on buses taking my 2 children to school and my youngest daughter to doctors appointments and personal duties. I had went to small claims court to swe the person that crashed my car for the expenses I paid and all the suffering I went through. I been consulting my case with lawyers but I had no response, I did not attend to court on the date that I was schedule to go. Now I am being counter swe for the plaintiff court expenses. I have been having problems with one of my neighboors for over 2 years were she use to throw food at my car and drinks, a few weeks ago on her myspace web page she had been posting that she knew the person that had crashed my car and that it was not a accident. She knows my court dates and I have all the statement she wrote, and pictures of her and person that crashed my car. I am very concern about this issue, because she has been threateting that she will do it again. I would like to know any advice or suggestions in this case? Please help.
