What does interim closed mean in a civil lawsuit?
Also the case is listed as being in arbitration what does that mean?

You would need to ask the Clerk of the Court for the county where the case is pending for a defintion of " interim closed". Arbitration means that the parties are submitting the case ouside of the trial courts for evaluation, sometimes determination and other times, recomendations depending on what court the case was filed in.
