process server

someone owesme money that lives in another state.I want to sue her in Il, shell be here for a few weeks.I'm filing an emergency motion to ask the jude to allow an alternate process server.Will i have a chance at getting oi granted and howshould i present my PLEA to him.what will i say to really convince him to allow an alternate proces server,cause i'm 100% sure the sheriff want make more than i attempt at the 1 address i know she may be at, so the alternate proecess server will be more aggressive in seeking to serve her the summons 5-10 days,she will be back in GA.she doesnt know that i know shes here in IL.So shes in jurisdiction,shes avoiding me to keep from paying.Just need advice on what to say to the judge and convince him to allow an alternat process server
