hi im 22 yrs old with 3 kids n ive bein here in the united state for 18 and dont hav visa or citizenship how or can i get citizenship

Unfortunately, you can't unless you came to USA legally on a visa and are married to a US citizen (then, you might be able to get a permanent residency and later a citizenship). If not, then you are not eligible for a green card/permanent residency or a citizenship. Having US citizen minor children doesn't entitle one for US citizenship. You may need to wait for an immigration reform.
