If you qualify for EB2, you will have to wait for a while because right now if you are born in India, your priority date has been retrogressed. If your spouse(if married) is born in another country than India, you might use cross country inter-chargibility. Our law group has processed many similar cases. In addition we focus on small IT companies, so we know exactly the issues you are worried about. Feel free to contact us for more and visit us on peerallylaw.com.
