i was wanting to know ifi married my fiancee who is an american citizen i would be allowed into the u.s.a and be able to work?

As long as you are not otherwise inadmissible, you will be able to apply for permanent residence.

A fiance visa may be an option for you; you could enter the country, get married within 90 days and apply for adjustment of status and for work authorization.
