prenup question regarding marrying a woman from china brought here on a K-1 visa visa .I had to sign a support form from immigration and wondering if a prenup agreement is valid under these circumstances

The prenump will not trump the governmental affidavit of support.

Hi, you are still bound by the immigration affidavit of support. The prenup will not alter the affidavit.
