Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
I recently married a colombian national in her country, whe is the time frame for her and her son to receive a k-3 visa and u.s. passports?
1 Answer from Attorneys
It depends on whether they are eligible for a visa or residency and how old is her son. If there are no inadmissibility grounds and you have no other delay, 8-12 months for a visa, and about 4 years for citizenship.
