Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

russian visa and procedures

I have a lady that is trying to get to the on work detail. she says she have to show that she has money for living expences although she has round trip tickets , my question is to you is if she goes to the customs board and tell them she has a sponsor they would honor that or is their another alterative..or can the u.s. embasey do anything?

every tourist asking for a visa must show that he/she has enough means to support herself. If you invite your lady to visit you, you may submit your letter of invitation and financial statements showing that you are able to support your invitee.
