Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Illinois

I am a professional photographer. I took a picture of a friend and he loved it. I told him he could have it for $250.00 but I retain all rights, as it is copywritten. He wanted it for his Facebook page. He said it was the best picture ever taken of him. I allowed him to post on Facebook for his friends reactions and have asked for it back or payment. He laughs. Do I have any recourse.

If you have his acceptance of a fee of $250 for use of the image in writing you may have recourse. Otherwise it may be impossible to prove the fee arrangement in court.
