Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I filled all my paper work to sue the hotel I was working for for wrongful termination. should I get a lawyer or represent myself. I dont have money to pay up front.

Some lawyers will accept employment cases on contingency. That means you pay nothing up front. Your lawyer does not get paid until and unless the lawyer recovers a fee for you. My firm handles employment cases on a contingency basis.
