Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Hostile harrassment

what can be done with a supv that has created a hostile work enviorn?

civil right violated (workplace bullying) sexual harrassment due to sex, age discrimination, ADA due to hearing difficulty, failure to promote, rataliation due to having to be forced to file an informal griveance for failure to do evaulation for 4 yrs, OWCP claim for workplace injury (agency advised by opm to reduce dollars)

As a federal employee that has been a victim of all of the above. Currently given 1st reprimind (20+ yrs with no actions) which appears to be in retaliation and intimidation.

What can be done to stop this action. Supv's superiors have been advised and failed to take care of situation. Downgraded by this Supv with added duties to the job, co-worker is paid more than I am and I've got 20+ to his 4yrs and he's my understudy. Pay disparity is evidient.

What can I do, who can I turn to when the agency, supv's, HRO are all working together to replace you cause you don't wear their uniform - military?

Re: Hostile harrassment

Hello. I understand your frustration.

Clearly your civil rights have been violated. Your best remedy is to file

a lawsuit in federal court. This is quite a process, but is your best remedy. Certainly you should also file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, if you have not already done so. Until you file such a lawsuit, it is best to keep a diary of all events and see

if you can find trusted witnesses who are aware of what you are going through. Will be happy to discuss this with you further and in more detail.
