Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Overtime for Salaried Position

My husband is in a salaried position but works 50-70 hours a week and is not compensated for these hours. No comp time is given either. At some point doesn't an employer have to pay for all the time an employee works regardless of the employee's salaried status?

Depending upon what kind of work your husband performs, he may be entitled to overtime if he is non-exempt. Please contact me at [email protected] to discuss upon receipt of this e-mail.
